    UPS Headquarters
The UPS Corporate headquarters is a successful example of sensitive environmental design. The master plan for the 35-acre site preserves and highlights the natural hardwood forest and striking relief of the property.
Phase One includes half of the planned one million square feet of office and parking, and is organized into two wings that sit along ridge lines with a dramatic view of a ravine and creek. Future development plans will preserve interconnected forest systems. Revegetation of disturbed areas using native plants will result in a low maintenance forest environment.
