What is the hiring process like?
After applying via email, our team will review your resume and portfolio. If your experience aligns with what we’re looking for, we’ll reach out to schedule a virtual interview to learn more about you and your work. Depending on the role, we may invite you for an in-person interview and office visit before making a final decision.
Do you accept unsolicited resumes?
Yes. We’re always interested in connecting with talented, motivated individuals. If there isn’t an immediate fit, we may keep your information on file and reach out when an opportunity aligns.
What benefits do you offer?

How is compensation determined?
HGOR offers competitive compensation based on experience, role, and market benchmarks. We also conduct annual performance reviews, where professional growth and compensation are regularly evaluated.
Do you hire students or interns?
Yes. We offer summer internships and are open to extended internship opportunities for students who are interested. We’re also able to provide part-time roles during the academic year for students planning to join us full-time after graduation.
Can candidates visit the office before accepting an offer?
Absolutely. We welcome candidates who’d like to visit our office as part of the process to get a feel for our culture, team, and collaborative working environment.
