Conceived as a “landscape of place,” the new operational headquarters for Time Warner Cable include 300,000 sf of office space in a park-like setting. A series of ordered garden “rooms” provide diversity of experience and interest for both employees and visitors as they traverse the campus. As a whole, the cohesive design has significantly enhanced the workplace environment and contributed to increased employee productivity.
