Located in the lush, rolling hills of Sylacauga, Alabama, Pursell Farms is a premier destination on the state’s popular Robert Trent Jones Trail. HGOR worked closely with the Pursell family to transform the current golf training facility into an exclusive boutique resort.

The master plan, including a detailed charrette process to help as a guide, allowed for a new pro shop, conference center, spa, restaurant and bar. Additionally, the design expands the resort’s overnight experience with new cabins and casitas, as well as planning for a future lodge. The resort experience will be further complemented by new amenities such as a pool and pool bar, interactive kitchen gardens, trails, and skeet shooting.
