Pu-Bay Waterfront Landscape District is located in the northern part of the central city of Dalian, within the Pulandian area of the New Pu-Bay District. As part of the city’s master plan, the planned area combines city functions and landscape views as a unified entity. Green spaces and urban open spaces work with the residents’ needs as they are designed to be a part of city life. There are seven distinct districts.
Base on the site’s existing geological condition, the new district planning starts from the bay and radiates out. Surrounded by mountains, this bay area becomes the new city’s central stage, both in business and in spirit.
