Since the firm’s founding in 1992, one reality has consistently stood out. The projects we define as the most successful are the ones that exemplify a perceptive balance of Social, Economic and Environmental considerations. The validity of these projects, which reflect the work of the four HGOR studios, led to the establishment of our SEE Philosophy. It is the conviction that has guided the planning and design approach of our firm for many years.

No two projects are alike, and their Social, Economic and Environmental balances will vary accordingly. However, three core elements are always significant parts of the blend: creating a great place where people want to be; honoring real budgets, real schedules, and real expectations; and embracing environmental stewardship.
