High Street
Adjacent to the Perimeter Center rapid rail station, this 36-acre, mixed use (vertical and horizontal), transit-oriented development (TOD) creates the first true urban form project. The plan creates an urban form within the rapidly densifying area. When complete, High Street will comprise 4,000,000 s.f. of residential, retail, office and hotel uses.
