Georgia Perimeter College Quad

Georgia Perimeter College’s Decatur campus is projected to double its enrollment in 10 years from 4,000 to 8,000 students. Additional students will increase demands on parking, vehicular circulation, strong pedestrian connections and improved exterior student spaces. HGOR is working closely with the owner on the strategic placement of a new parking deck and a 70,000 square foot academic building to enhance the campus’ open space. The proposed Phase One development will provide a much needed pedestrian student core, creating space for vital student life activities, group study areas and food /retail services. Future phases further enhance the center of the campus by planning for strategic building alignments and new site amenities to define the northern edge.
