C-Tech

The C-Tech project is a dual tower office building with shared amenities features which include an employee fitness center, conference rooms and dining hall. The two towers each have nine floors of office space above the lobby/amenities level. The project also includes a parking deck which extends above and below grade. This project will connect to the existing parking deck and site. The C-Tech project will be similar and related to the existing Cox building in materials and design.
