Peachtree BeltLine

As one of the largest interfaces between new urban development and Atlanta’s BeltLine, the TOD plan proposes a mix of office, residential and retail uses on a 34 acre assemblage of properties. Urban planning and design include pedestrian-scale street systems and new park land linking to the BeltLine’s trail system and Peachtree Station.
